As of January 2022, health care providers are required to provide uninsured and self-pay patients with a good faith estimate (GFE) of the predicted cost of services.

A GFE that includes how much the therapy will cost will be available, ahead of any scheduled services and also upon request.

The estimated costs are valid for 12 months from the date of the Good Faith Estimate. This estimate will include service codes and any diagnostic codes that may have been determined.
