What is the first session like?
Our first therapy session is an opportunity for us to look at “what is going on” together. This means that we’ll discuss important relationships or dynamics in your life, what happened as well as what is happening, what prompted you to come to therapy, or what you want to get out of therapy. In other words, we take a look at a snapshot of your life and sketch what we will do together moving forward.

Are you bilingual?
I speak English and Korean. If you prefer to speak only English or Korean, that is fine. If you would like to speak English and Korean, that is also fine. We will have a space that works best for you to express, explore, or process what is inside.
한국어 상담이 가능합니다. 다만 상담에 필요한 양식 및 화상상담 플랫폼은 현재 영어로 준비되어 있음을 미리 안내해드립니다.
