What we discuss
Often, our feelings like disappointment, shame, anger, grief, or fear need a space to be seen and heard.
We sometimes want to pause and look at where we are in our lives and relationships. As we revisit the childhood wound, the barriers to adulthood thriving become clear.
Many times, we see things that we cannot control like gender norms, ideal body standards, or identity-based stereotypes, are deeply rooted in our inner and outer world.
All of these are things we can explore, process, and discuss in therapy.
